Renee Heath MP exposes that "FRV and UFU has conspired to suppress" risk assessment which had to be obtained under Freedom of Information legislation as FRV have gone to great lengths to conceal and deny access to the documentation detailing serious and fatal risks posed to employees - despite that information being passed on to WorkSafe Victoria.
