Chris Brand offers AFA members valuable insights in to what it means to be high performing individuals and teams as leaders and team members.
The session engaged our Victorian AFA members and special guests in thought invoking and eye-opening conversation and discussion on:

Chris' vast experience includes his career in the Australian Federal Police, as a training specialist, and coaching and training military, police and specialist units across the globe.
Chris has worked with police and high performance teams in circumstances following long work absences and stressful situations around workplace separation and re-integration.
Chris also heads a local Men's group and is a Pastor.

Kim Twigg-Ho is a Psychologist with in depth knowledge specifically of the Victorian AFA effort to return firefighters to work.
She has been along for our journey and battle to return to work since connecting with her in early 2022, and has a deep understanding of the trials and adversity faced - including mistreatment, obfuscation and persecution faced.
She presents to AFA VIC a dedicated presentation providing strategies and mechanisms by which returning members can stay in the 'Window of tolerance'' - avoiding fight or flight or paralysis of action.
